My collection of various thins about the ASUS eeePC. Don't expect ready-to-use cookbooks, it's more like collections of hints.

Ever wanted to have on of those cool 3D desktops running on your eeePC? Yes, it works, even with properly working transparency.

Note that the eeePC (Xandros) seems to have some real audio driver issues that result in choppy audio (ALSA and OSS) but very depending on the application (usage of the sound API I guess). Best example would be Skype and Ekiga. With Skype the audio is smooth and flawless, Ekiga on the other side produces an playback audio that choppy it is simply unusable. Any hints/fixes are heavily welcome.
